Our resources are written for UK trainers, tutors, academies and employers, and where the rules differ between England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, we say so.
A great deal of the training material circulating in this sector is out of date, and some of it was never right in the first place. Every resource we publish is researched and checked against current UK law, guidance and good practice at the time of writing, and each product page shows when its content was last reviewed. Where the evidence behind a claim is genuinely contested, we say that plainly rather than repeating what the sector has always said.

Our resources are professional training materials, not accredited qualifications. They are designed to support your delivery. If you need an accredited qualification, you will need to work with a recognised awarding organisation. Policy and procedure templates are starting points to adapt and have checked, never a guarantee of compliance.

Every resource is sold under one of three licence tiers: Personal, Academy and Commercial, each explained in plain English on the product page and in full in our Licence Terms. As digital downloads supplied immediately, purchases are non-refundable once your download is available, except where a file is faulty or not as described, in which case we will put it right.
