The standard behind every resource.
Checked and dated, not perfect.
Read our Licence Terms and Refunds and Cancellation policies.
A surprising amount of the training material circulating in this sector is out of date, and some of it was never right. Before we publish a resource, it is checked against the current UK legislation and guidance that applies to its subject, and where the rules differ between England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, the resource says which nation it is describing rather than pretending one rule covers all four.
Where the evidence behind a common industry claim is weak or contested, we say so plainly instead of repeating it, because a learner taught a myth will teach it to their clients.
Every product page shows the date its content was last reviewed. When guidance changes materially, we update the resource.
None of this makes a resource legal advice, and a template never guarantees compliance. It means the starting point you are adapting was right when it was written, and tells you when that was.
Not legal advice.
Our resources are professional training materials, not accredited qualifications and not legal advice. Policy and procedure templates are starting points to adapt and have checked by a suitably qualified professional, never a guarantee of compliance. If you need an accredited qualification, you will need to work with a recognised awarding organisation.
Find the document you need, make it yours, and spend your time where it belongs: with your learners.
